Fees and Refund Policy

Fees
Your advisor sends the fee schedule in writing before you confirm enrolment. It states the amount, currency, payment schedule, any taxes and charges, the party receiving payment, and how international transfer fees and exchange rate differences are handled. Placement tests are free.
Refunds

How to ask
Email admissions@bringtonacademy.org with the student’s name and the course. We reply within 10 working days and refund by the original payment method within 30 days of approval.
This policy does not remove cancellation or refund rights under the consumer protection law where you live.

Cách yêu cầu
Gửi email tới admissions@bringtonacademy.org với tên học viên và khóa học. Chúng tôi trả lời trong 10 ngày làm việc và hoàn tiền bằng phương thức đã thanh toán trong 30 ngày sau khi duyệt.
Chính sách này không làm mất quyền hủy hoặc hoàn tiền mà luật bảo vệ người tiêu dùng nơi bạn sống quy định.

请发送邮件至 admissions@bringtonacademy.org，写明学员姓名和课程。我们将在 10 个工作日内答复，并在批准后 30 天内按原付款方式退款。
本政策不影响你所在地消费者保护法规定的取消或退款权利。
